"The staff are kind, and very understanding. On multiple occasions I have brought in a dud vape that didn't work upon opening it several days after purchasing it, and they have replaced it (without hassle) each time. Great prices and cool glass. Plus they have a shop cat who is an absolute chonk. He gets a 6 out of 5 stars."
